| Annotation: | The article discusses the model of strategic management, on which basis the author’s model of strategic management of agricultural enterprises was developed. Strategic analysis of external (macroand microenvironment) and internal environment of agricultural enterprises of the Volgograd region was conducted. The opportunities and threats for agricultural producers were identified in the process of the research, as well as their strengths and weaknesses. On the basis of this analysis the basic directions of development of agricultural enterprises in the Volgograd region were proposed. |
