| Annotation: | The article discusses the main challenges of staffing of industrial enterprises of Novosibirsk region. The authors point out the main features of the industry sector, requiring high level of staff professional training. Taking into account the multi-level industrial staff training process and relevance of the professional skills presence, the author points the need of state support in the staffing industry. The authors give assessment of the pilot program of training staff for Novosibirsk industry, as a source of solutions staffing problems. |
