EXPERIENCE OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS OF MUNICIPAL ENTITIES OF THE MOSCOW REGION

The article examines the basic mechanisms of socio-economic system from the point of view of ensuring sustainable development of the territory. Mechanisms of economic governance of the elements of the system are identified that allow reforming the system of municipal management and enhancing the socio-economic development indicators. The experience of regional management of the municipal systems of Moscow region is described. Traditional socio-economic systems of municipalities are complicated for management and highly variable. The current trends and conditions of formation of the actual approaches to their strategic management are based on the experience of reforming the system of municipal management, as well as the included system elements.
