ORGANIZATIONAL-ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF PROVIDING MEDICAL SERVICES TO POPULATION IN CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL ECONOMICS AS ONE OF THE ASPECTS OF INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT OF HEALTHCARE

The article examines the problems of providing the healthcare services in the system of public healthcare in the conditions of digital economics, namely: absence of regulatory-legal basis for application of information and telecommunication technologies, insufficient development of infrastructure of the producers of the healthcare services for medical information systems, lack of high speed Internet, insufficient funding of the producers of the healthcare services. Genesis of the concept «organizationaleconomic mechanism» is studied; the author’s interpretation of the concept «organizational-economic mechanism of providing healthcare services to the population» is proposed. The author has developed the model of organizational-economic mechanism of providing healthcare services to population in the conditions of digital economics.
