THE PROJECT APPROACH AS A MEANS FOR IMPROVEMENT OF EFFICIENCY OF THE PRODUCTION SYSTEM

| Annotation: | There are many tools included in the methodology of Lean production; besides a number of recommendations and algorithms for its implementation are developed; however, the system start-up is still associated with considerable difficulties. This article discusses the use of the project approach to implementation of production system (PS) and introduction of modern tools for improvement of efficiency of enterprises on the example of the OMZ Group. The principles and stages of PS implementation are formulated; information system such as PMIS (information system project management), SUM (event management system) is discussed, as well as other tools of lean manufacturing. |
