ACCOUNTING AND ANALYSIS OF ENERGY CONSUMPTION DURING CONSTRUCTION AND MAINTENANCE OF ROADS AS A PART OF INFRASTRUCTURE

The article examines construction and maintenance of roads as a part of infrastructure in terms of energy consumptions. The author reveals the concept of infrastructure results in the lists of essential functions. The article revealed the relationship between the fuel and energy sector and road maintenance as a part of production infrastructure. The author describes the facilities system in the road construction and transport services, analyzes and provides the required energy consumption at every stage of construction of the road system. The article proposes comparison of power consumption of the most expensive method using high-quality raw materials and the cheaper one using local materials obtained by means of mining equipment.
