| Annotation: | In the modern conditions, one of the factors of development of the Russian organization is the effectiveness of use of the labor potential, in connection with which the urgency of the issue of economic incentives of the personnel is growing. The article examines the study of the currently actual problem — the formation of the quality of industrial products. The object of the study is the Russian company. The article characterizes the modern directions of economic stimulation of improvement of the quality of production.
