| Annotation: | Some problematic provisions of the copyright law are identified it the article. Various scientific views on the legal regulation of the issue are given during the research. The analysis of the international legal regulating mechanism of relations in the copyright sphere is provided. The question about the reason and the possible ways of solving the indicated problems is raised. The establishment of the copyright in various countries is specified. Conclusions about the essential conditions for copyright occurrence in specific country are made. The results of the analysis of the general picture of situation in the field of the research have been summed up. |
