LAND PLOT AS AN OBJECT OF CIVIL LEGAL RELATIONS IN THE DIFFERENT THEORIES OF THE OBJECTS OF THE CIVIL RIGHTS

The article presents retrospective analysis of the theories of the civil law objects for wider understanding and perception of the land plot as an object of the civil law. Additionally, the issues of legal regulation of the land plot from the point of view of the theories of the objects of the civil rights are examined. The definition of the concepts: «object of civil law», «land plot», and «theory of objects» are studied. The legal content of the legal relations that constitute the rights and obligations of participants of civil relations is specified. The concept states that the theory of several levels of objects is able to reconcile the opposing viewpoints, and the study of theoretical approaches leads to understanding of the object of civil legal relations and allows revealing the peculiarities of such object of the civil rights as the land plots.
