PROFESSIONAL ORIENTATION OF STUDENTS AS A TOOL OF HUMAN CAPITAL FORMATION OF THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR OF THE REGIONAL ECONOMY

The professional orientation of children and young people is a priority area of work on the formation of human capital. It is important to remember that activities in professional orientation will be useful only when all participants of the educational process are engaged in it, when the following principles of performance of this work are observed: systematic and continuity; differentiated and individual approach to students taking into account their age, level of progress, formation of interests, value orientations and life plans; interrelationship of kindergarten, school, family, professional educational institutions, centers of professional orientation of the youth, employment service, public youth organizations.
