| Annotation: | The problem of labor productivity has always occupied a significant place in any socio-economic formation. It is its research that links the understanding of the essence and significance of social and economic progress, evaluation of the prospects of development and efficiency of the organization’s economy. The level of labor productivity directly serves as a bright indicator of capabilities and prospects of the enterprise and society. In order to improve efficiency of the organization it is necessary to increase productivity, namely the development of an effective mechanism of human resources management. |
