SERVICES OF INDIVIDUAL ACCOMMODATION FACILITIES AS A RESEARCH OBJECT

The authors examine the concept of «service of individual means of accommodation» from the position of material and non-material components. The identification of the specifics of these components enabled to form approaches to the typology of services of individual accommodation in the aspect of comparison with the services of collective accommodation facilities. The authors conclude that on the basis of some combination of material and non-material components, separate types of services of individual accommodation facilities can be identified, the study of which is necessary for development of adequate measures for regulating the sector of individual accommodation facilities.
