This research is devoted to the creation and use of information cross-channel systems based on the large data technologies and cloud services in the banking sector. In work, the necessity of using intelligent cross-channel information systems in cloud services is substantiated, as well as the possibilities of their use in the practice of credit and financial organizations. The interrelation of intellectual information systems with the development of the information and personal security system, as well as internal audit and control in the credit and financial sphere, is considered. The peculiarities of development of the intellectual information systems that define new directions of their improvement within the framework of modern challenges and problems related to technological and other limitations in the banking business are disclosed. |
