| Annotation: | The article analyzes the different modern scientific views on the definition of the term «monitoring» especially in the context of the operatively-search activity of the Ministry of the Interior for revealing the crimes of extremist orientation committed in the Internet. It also describes the content through the relationships with other operational-investigative actions like «observation » and «getting computer-data beses», offers the way of its practical implementation through integration of the informationalanalytical search and via improving the legal system and the Federal Law «On operatively-search activity». |
