SOME QUESTIONS OF QUALIFICATION OF CRIMES IN THE FIELD OF SPORTS AND AT CARRYING OUT SPECTACULAR COMMERCIAL COMPETITIONS

| Annotation: | The article reveals some actual problems of unlawful interference in the sport competitions and spectacular commercial competitions on the basis of the analysis of scientific approaches of the modern theory of Russian criminal law in the field of regulation of these areas. The author studies the objective side of the crime specified in article 184 of the criminal code, which includes bribery, coercion, inducement, preliminary agreement with the aim of influencing the public sphere. Some changes and amendments are proposed for introduction into the criminal law for the purpose of improvement of separate criminally-legal norms. |
