| Annotation: | The article touches upon a number of aspects related to forensic crime prevention. A number of points of view about its essence and significance for the science of criminal law, society and the state are analyzed; it is stated that forensic prevention is a part of forensics as a science; attention is drawn to the role that criminalistic prevention is supposed to play in the fight against crime; its new opportunities are noted at the present stage; the issue of forensic education is raised; the conclusion is made about the need to include this institution in forensic prevention and its further study in theory and application in practice. |
