IMPLEMENTATION OF THE RIGHT OF SERVICEMEN TO HOUSING: ACTUAL PROBLEMS OF JUDICIAL PRACTICE

In the article, the author explores the problems of the court practice of the Russian Federation related to a variety of interpretations of the concepts of «family», «family member», «serviceman family member» in the regulatory enactments of the different branches of legislation. The author focuses on the importance of ensuring uniformity of practice in civil cases when considering housing disputes involving military personnel. The author draws attention to the importance of study of this question in connection with the need to raise the prestige of the military service, enhancing the combat readiness of troops of the Russian Federation, and improvement of the security of the state.
