| Annotation: | The article examines the actual problems of the mechanism of ensuring human and citizen rights and freedoms in Russia. The leading element and at the same time the factor of effective functioning of the mechanism under investigation is the legal culture of society, the individual, and the professional group. It is concluded that for the modern Russian state, in order to form a legal culture, the important direction of activity is the legal education of citizens. A categorical analysis of the mechanism for ensuring human and citizen the rights and freedoms is carried out. The role and importance of legal culture and legal education in the mechanism under investigation have been revealed. |
