THE FORMATION OF INFORMATIONAL INTERMEDIATION IN THE MODERN CONDITIONS OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION AND ITS LEGAL BASIS

The peculiarities of formation of the information intermediation in Russia are examined in the article. The study identifies the problematic provisions of copyright law. The issues of legal regulation of the information intermediary activity are considered. The definitions of the term «information intermediary» are investigated. The legal content of the legal relationship forming the rights and duties of its participants is indicated. The problem of regulation of information intermediaries in the Internet in relation to objective needs has been revealed. The problem of essentially noted difficulties in the application of legal norms is established, in view of the fact that they are applied in view of certain limitations. As a result of the analysis of the general picture of the conducted research, the results of the situation on the investigated problem were summed up.
