Annotation:

Article is devoted to disclosure of one of the key pedagogical problems of the modern system of the general education — axiological judgment of professional activity of the heads of the general education institutions. On the one hand, the style and the nature of administrative activity as the system of strategy and tactics of his behavior directly depends on the system of vital values, the motivational sphere of the head of school and level of its consciousness. On the other hand, for the development strategy of the general education organization it is necessary to create the organizational culture of school including a valuable and semantic kernel, traditions, installations, beliefs and the system of valuable orientations of members of pedagogical collective. The author proved the complete methodological system of value‑oriented management of pedagogical staff of the general education organization including value‑oriented, system, system and activity, the personal focused, acmeological, advancing, standard and legal, motivational, problem and functional approaches. Features of formation of components of readiness of heads of the general education organizations for implementation of value‑oriented management of pedagogical staff of school and broadcast of value‑oriented style of the management are defined. The type of heads of the schools aimed at implementation of value‑oriented administrative activity whose professional orientation corresponds valuable semantic to the kernel of organizational culture reflecting the system of values, beliefs and traditions of pedagogical staff of school is revealed. Levels of formation of components of readiness of heads of the general education organizations for implementation of value‑oriented management of pedagogical collective for valuable target, motivational, organizational, procedural, technological and reflexive indicators are determined. Basic, reproductive, productive and creative levels of readiness of heads of the general education organizations for realization of value‑oriented management are established.
