In modern school, the class teacher is a teacher of the student, the children’s team; curator of the class, tutor, providing each student with support of cognitive interest, individual self‑expression and development; consultant on interaction with parents; mediator of interaction between parents, administration of educational organizations and teachers. The article considers one of the role positions of the modern class teacher‑tutor; the description of the tutor functions of the class teacher is given; the factors that determine the need for the development of new functions by the modern class teacher are revealed. Tutor support of students allows the class teacher to actualize and realize the educational potential of students, to form a culture of choice of various educational proposals and be responsible for this choice. The development of technological strategies and techniques of tutoring by class teachers allows to solve different pedagogical problems, to consistently form and develop personal qualities of schoolchildren by means of mastering communicative and discussion skills, generalized methods of activity, reflective approach as a tool for organizing their educational activities. The authors make an attempt to theoretically substantiate the technology of development of critical thinking in the implementation of social, cultural, subject and anthropological vectors of tutor action at different stages of tutor support: diagnostic, design, implementation and analytical. Due to the exploratory nature of the technology of development of critical thinking allows everyone to test their educational route, to see and understand their strengths and weaknesses, and in building their educational content to be responsible for their choice. The article gives a detailed analysis of technological strategies and techniques and presents the rationale for the choice of technology for the development of critical thinking as a resource of the class teacher, implements the tutoring functions. |
