The author presents for consideration the actual problem of increasing the number of families of social risk. The article presents modern data confirming this fact. In the system of law enforcement agencies, the subject of socio‑pedagogical interaction with families of the social risk group is allocated to employees of units for officer juvenile. Despite the strict regulation of the professional activities of juvenile Affairs officers, the professional difficulties that arise in their interaction with the families of the social risk group remain unresolved. It is proposed to pay special attention to the process of education and formation of the necessary professional readiness for interaction with families of social risk in the process of training of future employees in juvenile Affairs. The author reveals the structure and content of the model of training cadets to work with the family of social risk group (Model). The structure of the Model is interconnected and interdependent components: target, content, instrumental, criteria. Each component corresponds to the stage of preparation of cadets to work with the family of the social risk group: preparatory, implementation and reflection. At the stage of implementation, the author identifies pedagogical tools of the teacher: group forms of work; method of solving problems; business games that simulate network technology (as an innovative method of training). The group form of work and the method of solving problems are integrated with each other, allowing you to solve professional situational problems related to the problems of families of social risk. The author notes the need to improve the training of future employees in juvenile Affairs to work with families of social risk through the introduction of a proven Model. |
