The article is devoted to the problem of the organization of research activities of cadets of educational institutions of higher education of the Federal penitentiary service of the Russian Federation (FSIN of Russia), acting as a means of motivating their educational and cognitive activity. The relevance of the study is that currently the educational institutions of higher education of the FSIN of Russia have high requirements for the training of qualified specialists. Graduates should have a set of General cultural and professional competencies, among which is the ability to self‑organization and self‑education, to analyze scientific information, to apply methods of applied research, to prepare reports on the results of research. The aim of the study is to develop proposals (measures) for the organization of research work of cadets, the observance of which motivates students to educational and cognitive activity. In the course of the study, theoretical methods were applied: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, ascent from the abstract to the concrete, generalization, abstraction. Along with theoretical methods, practical methods such as pedagogical observation, description, questioning, experiment, comparison were used. The results of the study were: 1) to identify the level of importance and importance of motives of educational and cognitive activity of students of the Vologda Institute of law and Economics of the Federal penitentiary service. To determine it, a phased survey of cadets was conducted, which was carried out as changes were made to the organization of research activities of cadets; 2). formulation of measures, compliance with which stimulates students to research work and motivates them to educational and cognitive activities. Among them are: elements of self‑NID cadets, increase and diversity of scientific activities, involvement of practitioners, promotion. |
