EDUCATIONAL TRAJECTORY OF DEVELOPMENT OF LEADERSHIP QUALITIES OF THE FUTURE MANAGER

Training of future managers demands formation of the competences providing performance of leader functions by them such as planning and the organization of own business, selection of team of performers, management of employees and activity of the enterprise at the different levels, stimulation of works and their control. Relevance of research of leadership skills at managers is caused not only variability of the economic environment, but change of approaches in management of the modern enterprise, optimization of the production environment and processes, improvement of work of collective. The analysis of study of development tools of leadership skills of the personality showed that the majority of researches belong to a leadership phenomenon in the labor sphere while professional and educational aspects are covered insufficiently. Higher educational establishments need to carry out training of managers taking into account requirements of employers, namely to consider that the manager not only the good head, first of all it is “leader”, the personality ready to lead all team for realization of main objectives of the enterprise. Realization in higher education institution of an individual educational trajectory which creates possibility of complex assistance to development of leadership skills of future manager is offered, selectively synthesizing planned actions of educational and educational processes taking into account an initial profile of leadership skills of the student. Set of concepts, forming a definition “an individual educational trajectory of development of leadership skills of future manager”, pedagogical opportunities of this developing means, and also often used (as faithful) the terms “educational program, educational route, educational way” is discussed. The algorithm of design of an educational trajectory of development of leadership skills of future manager is presented.
