Annotation: |
The theory and practice of modern vocational education determines the professionalism of one of the important components of personal development included in the system of continuing education and professional labor relations. The quality and characteristics of determination and illustration of the professionalism of the individual and the professionalism of the team are revealed in the traditional and innovative solutions for the problems of determination and illustration of the categorical and conceptual apparatus of modern pedagogy as a science. Personality professionalism is determined and in a situational decision is refined in various planes of setting and solving problems of the leading activity of a person included in the system of poly‑subject and multi‑environmental relations. The specifics of assessing the quality of a person’s activities in the system of determinants and opportunities for success and professionalism can be illustrated in the portfolio, professional pedagogical case, resume and other professionally and personally important self‑presentations. The features of rating scores in the competition process in the “Best in Profession”, “Teacher of the Year”, “Innovator”, “Young Teacher” competitions, etc. determine the professionalism of an individual in the system of constructs comparing products and achievements of an individual according to a certain scale, in the system of units highlighted units of evaluation of achievements and prospects of work of the individual on the selected profile of activity. Personality professionalism is a complex system of ways and conditions of productive and personified‑creative relationships implemented by an individual in the models of communication, cooperation, support, facilitation, self‑expression, self‑realization, socialization and other fundamental and enriching pedagogical activities categorical measures of the abilities and capabilities of a person‑person included in the hierarchy roles and optimized ways of solving problems of professional activity. |
