CORPORATE PORTALS AS A TOOL FOR INCREASING THE SPEED OF PROFESSIONAL COMMUNICATIONS IN ENTREPRENEURSHIP STRUCTURES

Annotation:

The article analyzes the impact of corporate portals on the speed of communication in companies between employees, departments and services. The object of the analysis was selected to be the Corporate Portal class software products currently existing in the Russian Federation and the task was to optimize the use of the product in the company. The main functional characteristics of software products are highlighted attributed the later ones to the class of “corporate portals”. As the optimization criterion, the rate of implementation of communications estimated by the number of ongoing projects in the organization and the number of tasks per person per work was proposed. The author gives a brief overview of existing software products at the market suitable for the studied class of “corporate portals” of both domestic production and foreign developers. Also, all the functionalities of corporate portals in the field of communications are examined in detail; the functions that help speed up the implementation of communications are highlighted. In the course of the study, the values of the optimality criteria were determined and recommendations on the use of corporate portals were developed. The methodological results obtained in the course of the study were implemented in a really functioning company, which led to an increase in the communication speed indicators. The results of the study show the dynamics of key indicators and an economic assessment of the results obtained. The economic effect of introduction of the corporate portal was determined for the economic assessment.
