PROJECT-INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEM OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AT THE UNIVERSITY

The restructuring of the economy through implementation of the national projects cannot be achieved without the proper human capacity. Preparation of the innovation‑active specialist learning process involves the use of modern methods of knowledge transfer, their adaptation to meet the conditions of activity, search skills, evaluation and application of innovation in practical activities; skills to develop business projects and to organize their time and the planned effect. Application of modern technologies of vocational education, creative and research character building training process will solve this problem. Improving vocational training using modular building curriculum involves change in management of educational process in higher educational institutions through the establishment of educational‑scientific‑production holdings. Integration of education, science and practice should be carried out according to certain rules, as set out in article. In view of these rules is formalized model of the university management. Model design and integrated management of the university and its educational activities is considered as the reference vector value systems that in the development of complex and reflect the mission of the university in a period of development. Format models can be differentiated depending on the level of complexity, cost and priority of innovative change. The restructuring of university management involves the refusal from the lower device management with the formation of larger structures in the directions of scientific and educational processes. Office of scientific and educational projects will enable updates of scientific schools and their development; will ensure the application of innovations in the educational process.
