Currently, companies are being under the pressure because of constant appearance new technologies, new business models, changes in life priorities and nature of consumption of different segments of population. Companies have to show high managerial flexibility and technical pro‑activity for survival and development in such conditions. All this forms new requirements for the company`s management system, dynamic and nature of its transformation. Management system must not only quickly adapt to external changes, but also engaged in foresight this changes and reorganize in advance its internal business process and system of management relationship. The article describes terminological apparatus and kinds of management system. The conceptual base, functions and specificity of the management system of successful innovative companies are investigated. The influence of the kind of management system on the company`s adaptation rate to technological and market changes are considered. It is shown that start‑up companies and companies with a flexible and decentralized management system are better adapted to the rapid dynamic of changes of external environment. A modern transformation of the management system of innovative companies has been studied, allowing companies to enter international markets, flexibly adjusting to external conditions and increasing company performance in the market. The research shows that when entering on the international markets foreign branches and departments save specificity of the organization of management of the parent company. Such transformations can increase the market capitalization, net profit, labor productivity and other economic indicators as well as adapt corporate culture to the new company strategy. |
