DIGITALIZATION OF THE EDUCATIONAL PROCESS ON THE EXAMPLE OF TEACHING HUMANITARIAN DISCIPLINES

Annotation:

The article discusses the innovative processes in education associated with the trend of universal digitalization. The characteristic features of this process are the functional interconnection and interdependence of all participants and the goals they achieve, the intensive exchange of information and its transformation in the process of educational activity, as well as the use of digital technologies at all stages of the educational process. The necessity of forming a comprehensive understanding of the possibilities of digitalization in education is noted. On the example of the educational process in a particular educational organization, the authors consider the digitalization process in the field of humanitarian education, which is able to ensure the maximum effectiveness of education provided that students are involved in an adaptive educational environment. Humanitarian disciplines in general, and literature in particular, are responsible for introducing students to the world of culture and art, ensuring personal and emotional development and spiritual growth of young people. The teaching of literature as the central field of digital humanities today is fully ensured by the widest arsenal of various types and forms of DH technology. The authors of the study consider the possibilities of multiple components of digital education in this area. The results of a student survey on the need for the universal use of digital technologies in the educational process, on the impact of various technological forms of learning on the quality of knowledge gained and the desire for further training in the proposed format are proposed. The article presents three charts based on the results of a student survey. 1. Indicators of students’ awareness of the various forms of educational work and their use in the educational process. 2. The opinion of students about the usefulness and preferences of various forms of academic work. 3. The opinion of students about the impact of various forms of academic work on the development of a rational and emotional sphere. The study allows us to conclude that the process of education informatization in the field of humanitarian disciplines takes place, is reflected in the consciousness of students quite fully and in detail. However, at the same time, students are not sufficiently aware of the need to intensify their own volitional efforts to use the wide possibilities of digitalization of education in order to deepen professional self-determination and personal responsibility for the quality of knowledge gained.
