Annotation:

The article presents the results of updating the main professional educational program (OPOP) “Investment Design and Estimated Pricing in Construction„ from the 2020 set by the Tyumen Industrial University based on the results of sociological studies during the program’s launch since 2015. The study was aimed at identifying the actual composition of the competencies of undergraduate training with the involvement of the views of industrial partners, employers and the most successful university graduates of past years. The methodology for the preparation and certification of a graduate under the program is focused on the technology of project training: stimulates the development of theoretical, methodological and methodological foundations for substantiating and making decisions related to the selection of optimal options for forming an investment portfolio of documents for a customer-developer; the formation of professional competencies for the implementation of control and supervision, expert analysis, research (training for government agencies), as well as organizational, managerial and project activities (training for business) using the achievements of the university’s scientific school and taking into account the needs of the Russian labor market; includes the main methods of interactive learning, which allows you to use practiceoriented learning in the preparation of the graduate (the object-oriented approach of the OPOP allows you to consider WRC and its components as an object from the perspective of a start-up business idea and makes it possible to distribute the worked out logical and mathematical constructions for solving problems the development of the regional economy, in addition, this approach allows to reduce the costs of the graduate of OPOP for the development and maintenance of a feasibility study and project business plan; the calculation and experimental approach is based on the idea of thought experiments with models of economic systems and makes it possible to study the responses of potential investors to the student’s business ideas) and move from the traditionalist-conservative to the competencybased education paradigm and form competences in the student that provide the ability in various constantly changing socially significant situations of labor promptly and effectively solve a variety of professional problems and tasks.
