Annotation:

The article is devoted to the identification of pedagogical regularities in the development of professional mobility of students of secondary professional education organizations (SPE). The main factor of relevance of the research is the demand for professionally mobile graduates with secondary professional education in modern enterprises. Taking into account the signs of professional mobility of students, the features of modern socio-economic conditions of secondary vocational education, the necessity of dual education is justified. Professional mobility is presented as a result of joint activities of educational organizations of the SPE and an enterprise that focuses on the professional activity of the student, and which itself is interested in attracting highly professional personnel. It is proved that the need for dual education for the development of professional mobility is due to the system-forming nature of professional values and value orientations of students in this system. The development of professional mobility of students of secondary vocational education organizations is natural and is considered in the aspect of the relationship between educational and cognitive, educational and professional activities. The dual approach allowed us to determine the principles, patterns and organizational and pedagogical conditions of secondary vocational education, the implementation of which ensures the development of professional mobility of students. The method of development of professional mobility of students is defined-a professionally-oriented subject position as a conscious, purposeful, effective, technologically secured reaction of the student to the educational situation. The basic model of professional mobility in the dual education system has been formed, the most important components of which are the educational practice-oriented situation; professionally-oriented subject position; the level of formation of General, professional competencies; effective practice-oriented knowledge of the subject of professional activity, assessment of their own level of readiness to perform activities and the level of professional skill. Indicators of the levels of development of professional mobility of SPE students in the dual education system were distibguished. Positive effect of the identified theoretical positions on the development of professional mobility SPE students was experimentally demonstrated.
