PRACTICE-ORIENTED APPROACH TO ARRANGEMENT OF RESEARCH WORK OF THE UNDERGRADUATES AT THE PEDAGOGICAL UNIVERSITY

Annotation:

The article presents the experience of the Department of educational systems management named after T. I. Shamova of the Institute of social and humanitarian education of the Moscow state University for the past 5 years on implementation of a practice-oriented approach to arrangement of research work of the undergraduates in the framework of industrial practice at the pedagogical University. The author substantiates the relevance of the organization of research work in the framework of industrial practice, describes its main stages, and provides specific examples of tasks for practice in the first year of training in the master’s degree. In accordance with the FSES IN 2++, R & D is an integral part of the main educational program for master’s degree in the training program 44.04.01 pedagogical education, which is focused on the formation and improvement of competence in the field of professional education management as the recognition of manifestations of subjective reality, its modeling and the use of current models to optimize the educational process. The article presents the results of a survey of graduatesmasters of the Department that participation in scientific and practical events allowed them to master the skills of public scientific speech, broadcasting of advanced professional experience during webinars, teleconferences with teachers from other regions of the Russian Federation, to master the ability to identify a scientific research problem in the context of real professional activity and offer ways to solve it. The author comes to the conclusion that the practice-oriented approach to the organization of research work in the framework of industrial practice of undergraduates at the pedagogical University is one of the main mechanisms that allow students to engage in scientific activities, help achieve high results at the initial stage of training in the master’s program. The quality of training of undergraduates for research activities depends on many factors, but the main one is the role of the teacher: his professionalism, desire to work and improve in his specialty, the presence of personal and business professional qualities, interesting presentation of educational material, interest in working with each researcher.
