Annotation:

The article is devoted to the study of the initial training of future teachers to work with gifted students while studying at a higher educational institution, while passing industrial pedagogical practice. Pedagogical education remains one of the most necessary and important directions at all times. The need for pedagogical education in General remains relevant until the end of their studies at the University, almost all students connect their lives with educational activities in natural science subjects, and later become excellent teachers. Education in the pedagogical direction includes practical training of students in General educational institutions, namely in schools, gymnasiums, lyceums, starting from the first year of study to pre-graduate practice in the fourth year. At the same time, the issues of conducting student practice in the conditions of identifying and supporting gifted students remain relevant. The research focuses on the development of future teachers’ special professional skills and abilities to work with gifted children during pedagogical practice. The purpose of the study is to determine the conditions for the initial training of future teachers to work with gifted students. It developed a plan of interaction of students with gifted students in the educational process during the pedagogical practice; the role of teachers-mentors and teachers of the Department of chemical education; the analysis and introspection structured and organized lessons, and experimentally tested the efficiency of work. It is proved that the necessary conditions are defined and created for the initial training of future teachers to work with gifted students during pedagogical practice.
