MENTORING AS A KEY ELEMENT OF ADAPTATION FOR YOUNG SPECIALISTS

Annotation:

At present, many young specialists are employed at industrial enterprises, for the successful adaptation of which the continuity of knowledge, skills and experience gained for the effective functioning of the company is important. It is the construction of an effective mentoring system that will accelerate the process of adaptation of newly hired employees, as well as facilitate their consolidation in the organization. The methodological basis of the study consists of modern general scientific methods of cognition: empirical knowledge, general logical method, methods of system analysis. Difficulties in the period of adaptation of young specialists are considered on the example of an industrial enterprise “Signal„ Engels Design Bureau named after A. I. Glukharev JointStock Company, on the basis of which the main directions of building an effective system of mentoring specialists were identified: the definition and training of mentors, motivation tools, an assessment of the mentoring process, awareness. The results of the proposed recommendations include the acquisition of new knowledge from mentors on how the adult learning process is being built, how to provide feedback in a competent and timely manner, on the principles of goal-setting for drawing up individual plans for the development of wards. Adaptants noted an improvement in the quality of the mentoring system at the enterprise. The proposed recommendations are of practical importance for drawing up an effective mentoring program for young specialists in modern industrial enterprises. A competently constructed adaptation system in the company is designed to help newly hired employees quickly master professional duties, improve their qualifications and labor productivity, and also contribute to the social formation of their personality. Mentoring allows you to provide the company with qualified and at the same time loyal employees who support the team, are focused on results and provide high standards of labor productivity.
