CURRENT STATE AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE PLANT-GROWING INDUSTRY IN KRASNODAR TERRITORY

Much attention is paid to the issues of developing crop production and increasing the efficiency of the functioning of agricultural enterprises, but the influence of the current economic situation has a significant impact on the mechanisms of the efficient functioning of firms in industry markets. In this regard, in the framework of this topic of scientific publication, agricultural organizations of the Krasnodar Region engaged in the plant industry were selected as the research objects. The subject of the study is the organizational and economic relations that arise in the process of developing and implementing measures aimed at developing the crop production industry of the Krasnodar Territory. The need to ensure the development and increase the efficiency of the organizations of the crop production sector in the long term is also reflected in the adopted federal program “Indicative Plan for the Socio-Economic Development of the Krasnodar Territory for 2019 and for the Planning Period 2020 and 2021”. This is due to the fact that today there are negative trends in the socio-economic development of the crop sector in the region, in contrast to other sectors of the Russian economy. While solving the described tasks traditional methods were used: system analysis, comparative, logic-structured, constructivecalculation and economic-statistical. Results of the research: development of authorized model of conceptual approach in supporting stable growth and raise of the organization functional efficiency in plants industry, which lead to the possibility to show main instruments to advance the mechanism of organization and economy for the stable production development in agricultural economy aimed to raise the industry efficiency in agricultural market. Main conclusions based on the research can be concidered the following: perspectives of plants industry growth in Krasnodar Region can be increased with realization of the concept of assurance of stable development and raise of functional efficincy of enterprises in plants industry.
