REGULARITIES OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING AS A THEORETICAL BASIS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING TECHNOLOGY

The article discusses the patterns of professional training of workers of a new type, capable of changing labor, universality of professional activity, competitive in market conditions, with a high level of culture and professional competence. The implementation of the educational policy sets the following long-term requirements to the professional training of workers and specialists: development of a modular content of education that reflects the modern requirements of engineering and technology, production automation, the introduction of effective pedagogical technologies, scientific and methodological support of the educational process, etc. The relevance of the study is determined by the following contradictions: between the great need of social and industrial structures for highly qualified workers and the insufficient development of technologies of vocational training in the context of modern requirements for education and production; the need to modernize the processes of vocational training and the level of development of scientific-theoretical, scientific-pedagogical and scientific-methodological foundations for the introduction of new vocational training technologies. Also, other factors should be taken into account: the complication of technical support for production and an increase in fixed assets; competence-based approach to scientific and technical equipment, etc. Vocational training aimed at formation of the personality of the future worker and specialist must comply with the following: ensuring the relationship of practical and theoretical knowledge; connection of education with productive work, the relationship of cognitive and labor activity; implementation of educational and production activities both in the educational laboratory and in production, etc. For vocational training technologies, the basis of integration is the development of science, technology and production. Integration is realized through the grouping of professions, ensuring the unity of theory and practice, the laws of production, generalizing the ideas of professional training of skilled workers and specialists.
