The article considers the features of the Russian practice of bankruptcy management. The purpose of the study is to comparatively analyze the consequences of bankruptcy management based on an assessment of the dynamics of the anti-crisis management procedures carried out in the Rostov region. The subject is the dynamics of anti-crisis management procedures carried out in the Rostov region. Hypothesis: it is assumed that the dynamics of changes in the external environment contributes to an increase in the number of bankruptcy proceedings conducted by the arbitration court. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach, comparative analysis and statistical analysis. The statistics of arbitration management procedures show the situation to which the organization has approached as a result of anti-crisis management. Comparative analysis shows that the procedures of settlement agreement and financial recovery are rarely applied. Bankruptcy proceedings are most often used in the practice of bankruptcy management. The data show that in 2016—2017 an application for recognition of bankruptcy to the arbitration court was more often received from creditors, and from 2018 to 2020 — from debtors. That is, bankruptcy becomes a more convenient way out of this situation than financial recovery. Therefore, financial recovery in the Rostov region is the most unpopular arbitration procedure. Its use presupposes anti-crisis competencies developed by the staff. Their underdevelopment among the managers of the organization dooms it to the prolongation of the crisis process or its aggravation. The study will allow managers to adjust their decisions based on the results of the current arbitration practice. The high probability of the threat of insolvency leads Russian organizations to the need to find measures to mitigate crisis manifestations in the format of early anti-risk diagnostics. |
