Formation of the foreign-language professional communicative competence of students of architecture and construction

This article is devoted to the problems of teaching a foreign language for students of technical higher institution. The author picks out the specific methodic principles, requirements and tasks of professionally orientated education, points out the ways of formation of foreign professional communicative competence as a necessary element of the professional portrait of an architect-builder.
