The article reveals the potential of technology to improve the process of staff training through gamification. The purpose of the study is a theoretical and practical substantiation of the potential of technology to improve the process of staff training through gamification. As a methodological justification, empirical developments in the field of technologization of the personnel training process (by A.R. Alaverdov) and theoretical provisions in the field of personnel training (by A.Ya. Kibanova) were used. The developed authors’ technology consists of four stages: the process of planning personnel training, organizing personnel training, motivating and implementing the process of personnel training, monitoring and studying the effectiveness of personnel training. Particular attention, along with the first and second stages, is given to the third and the fourth ones. It is at the stage of motivation and implementation of the personnel training process that the use of the gamification tool is introduced, which allows choosing a site for the implementation of gamification; creation of simple rules of the game; selection of types of incentives (awards); creation of a competitive environment; immersion of all participants in an equal environment, ensuring uninterrupted implementation of the technology and ongoing control. Of practical interest is the fourth stage of the technology, where revealing the issues of process controlling and identifying the effectiveness of training, step by step with practical recommendations are concretized steps of its implementation based on the sequence of actions in measuring ROI in relation to the considered technology to improve the process of personnel training through gamification. Research methods used in the course of the work are analysis of scientific sources and generalization and synthesis of methodological literature on the issues under study. The novelty of the research lies in the essence of the developed technology for improving the process of staff training through gamification. Practical significance is revealed in the phased development of the technology. |
