The article presents the results of our own research conducted with the participation of 33 athletes involved in badminton (in 2nd and 3rd years of initial training). In badminton, diagnosing the level of accuracy of movements is also an important task, the solution of which is complicated by the lack of scientifically based and informative criteria for evaluating the various components of precision actions and movements, taking into account the specifics of the sport, especially at the initial stage of training, when the athlete has not yet formed an arsenal of technical actions. The purpose of the study is to determine the most informative criteria for assessing the psychomotor indicators of motor accuracy for the success of achieving a sports result in young badminton players. The conducted correlation analysis reveals a significant number of connections between the studied parameters, which indicates the importance of a high level of motor accuracy for the success of a badminton player, but the closeness of the revealed correlations is not the same. A large number of relationships between indicators of sports performance and results in tests evaluating different components of motor accuracy are revealed. It has been determined that at the initial stage of preparation, the greatest number of correlations and more pronounced closeness of connections are observed between the results of special tests aimed at assessing the target accuracy and accuracy of badminton players’ movements. The results of the study made it possible to identify the most informative indicators of motor accuracy, which determine the sports performance of young badminton players, which is the basis for the acquisition of pedagogical control tools and the expansion of scientific and methodological support for the process of initial sports training in badminton. |
