TECHNONICOL RESOURCE CENTER AS A MODEL OF INTERACTION BETWEEN A REGIONAL UNIVERSITY AND A DOMESTIC TECHNOLOGICAL INNOVATOR

The article actualizes the appeal to the models of interaction between a regional university and a technological innovator enterprise. The degree of study of the problem in research on the interaction of vocational education and production is determined. The scientific novelty of the research lies in the presentation of Technonicol resource center as a model for organizing multifunctional cooperation between a university and an enterprise interested in the prospects of joint development of human resources and innovation and industrial potential. The purpose of the study is to increase the effectiveness of multifunctional cooperation between a regional university and a technological innovator enterprise based on the presentation of Technonicol resource center as a model of interaction between partners in the interests of joint development of human resources and innovation and industrial potential. Research objectives: to assess the current state problems of interaction between a university and an enterprise in pedagogical theory and practice, to identify the pedagogical specifics of the work of Technonicol resource center as a model of effective interaction between a regional university and a technological innovator enterprise, to determine the prospects for improving the effectiveness of multifunctional cooperation of partners in the conditions of Technonicol resource center. The main content of the study presents the effective experience, specifics and prospects for the development of interaction between a regional university and an innovation-oriented enterprise in the conditions of Technonicol resource center on the basis of the Kumertau branch of Orenburg State University. The specifics of the work of Technonicol resource center are substantiated. The concept of Technonicol resource center is conditioned by the disclosure of the ideas of human capital in the conditions of the 4th Industrial Revolution. The initiative to create Technonicol resource center on the basis of a regional university is characteristic of a modern network enterprise of the technological innovator cluster. A necessary condition for the creation of a resource center is the needs of the region in increasing human resources and innovation and industrial potential. The activity of the resource center is provided by each of the university-enterprise partners within the framework of contractual «co-resource» relations and is mutually beneficial. The prospects for the development of the resource center are determined by the expansion of the innovative activity of the enterprise, the ecosystem development of the regional university, the dynamics of the socio-economic, personnel and educational situation of the region. Conclusions are drawn about the significant areas of joint activity of the university-enterprise partners, which ensure an increase in the effectiveness of multifunctional cooperation: methodological, resource, representative, reputational, career guidance, educational, consulting, expert, personnel, marketing, commercial, research, scientific, production, recruiting.
