The analysis of the functions of physical culture and sports is given, with an emphasis on the need to strengthen their impact in the recovery period of athlete training. The reasoning is based on the fact that, at present, any multi-year segment of an athlete’s “capable life,” consisting of four phases of his training, aligns with at least three parallel stages: preparatory; competitive; restorative or transient. The main methodological basis of the study was the theory of transfer of fitness. The aim of the work was to study the conjugate mechanism of resonance transfer of fitness of students and athletes in the recovery period of the macrocycle through the use of heterogeneously interacting means from the “sports and outdoor games”cluster. Favorable conjugate effects on athletes by heterogeneous means of sport in the recovery period of the macrocycle are empirically verified. These were three combinations of two stage multi-sets of exercises with basketball, volleyball and football (mini-football) balls, involving the initial implementation of the algorithm of average statistical elements of ball handling for time. Further, under the conditions of emergent command delivery, the implementation of further actions on the setting cognitive program took place, which increased cross-sensitization of student-athletes to performance in competitive activity and academic performance. The current rating of students in the experimental group on the university software system Moodle had a substantial reliable difference by Student’s test from the sample of persons in the discriminant group. |
