The importance and significance of volunteering in the improvement and development of the labor potential of future young professionals is determined. The key aspects of the effectiveness and purposefulness of volunteer activities for future young professionals are outlined. The creation of a scientific and educational project is justified by the compliance of the most important legal documents: the Message of the President of the Russian Federation to the Federal Assembly, the Strategies for the socio-economic development of Russian Federation and Krasnodar Territory, the Strategy for the scientific and technological development of the Russian Federation. During the implementation of the project, students of an educational institution of higher education will conduct “Lessons in memory of the scientists of the city”, which will help to involve schoolchildren and students of secondary schools and universities in preserving the history of the Great Patriotic War, countering the facts of falsification of history and creating an interactive “Map of Sochi scientists” in 1941—1945. This technology of social design contributes to the social, cultural and managerial development of students of higher education. As part of the project, methodological recommendations for teachers and youth will be developed, an online platform “Sochi Memory Expedition” with an interactive “Map of Sochi Scientists” will be created. Also, media content will be developed to promote the topic using augmented reality technology to be placed in schools and colleges, to involve young people in interacting with the content, and to switch to the Sochi Scientists Expedition Internet site. |
