PHASES OF CIVILIZATIONAL INTERACTION: LEADERSHIP MODEL AND PHILOSOPHY OF DIALOGUE

The article deals with such a phase of civilizational interaction as dialogue and concord. The relevance of its study is due to the search for new ways of civilizational development in the conditions of the fiercest clash of two warring megacivilizations (West and non-West), which is happening nowadays. This clash, based on the worldview difference between the two megacivilizations and the growth of their civilizational self-consciousness, threatens humanity with complete destruction. In this connection, the problem of finding compromise solutions and building new mechanisms of interaction based on the concept of dialogue of civilizations, proposed by the Iranian politician Mohammad Khatami at the beginning of this century, becomes relevant. The study of the historical aspect of the philosophy of harmony has shown its importance throughout all stages of the development of society since the antiquity. The absence of dialogue as the basis of a just society has always led to discontent and wars. An example of the realization of the concept of concord and consent is the social contract, the relevance of which remains extremely high today. The study of the mechanisms of conjugation of two opposing processes, simultaneously occurring at present and associated with the formation of a new world center and the construction of a multipolar world, has identified a new model of leader domination (the so-called “leader triangle”), developed by Е. Balatsky, the principal difference from the “hegemon triangle” is its focus on the competitive beginning and dialogue with all participants in the world space. Theoretical and practical significance of the work lies in the analysis and comprehension of the mechanisms of peaceful coexistence of different civilizations, the conclusions of which can be used in the activities of public authorities.
