The article considers the peculiarities of the capacity of the higher education services market on the example of the Siberian Federal District. The influence of migration of young people associated with the choice of professional educational trajectory is noted. The coefficients of transition of schoolchildren from secondary school to high school are calculated on the basis of statistical observations: Kemerovo Region (0.384), Omsk region (0.455), Irkutsk Region (0.521), Novosibirsk Region (0.539), Tomsk Region (0.576), Republic of Khakassia (0.477), Republic of Altai (0.488), Republic of Tyva (0.62), Altai Krai (0.482) and Krasnoyarsk Krai (0.559). As a database, information of the federal statistical observation form No. OO-1 for the period 2018—2022 of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation was used. Based on the data obtained, a forecast model was formed and a forecast was made about the number of high school graduates until 2032 with an increase of 35.4 % in Russia as a whole and 33.6 % in the regional section of the Siberian Federal District. The Republic of Khakassia is the district`s leader in dynamics with a forecast of 45.9 %, the Republic of Altai shows the lowest calculated value with an increase of 23 %. The conclusions note the peculiarities of the Kemerovo region — earlier professional self–determination among schoolchildren triggers the process of educational migration after the ninth grade, as well as the Republic of Tyva due to the high percentage of schoolchildren who continue their studies in high school, the region can be considered as a potential donor for higher education institutions, provided social partnership. The Krasnoyarsk Territory and the Novosibirsk Region are leaders in population, as well as the owners of the two largest settlements in the region and centers of attraction for young people. |
