SPECIFICS OF INDUSTRIAL DEVELOPMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATIONS

In the article, the authors examine issues related to the specifics of the industrial development of pharmaceutical enterprises in the context of digital transformations. The paper deals with the activities of pharmaceutical enterprises in the context of digitalization, bearing in mind that the development of digital technologies in the pharmaceutical business is an objective reality of today. It has been determined that the transition to the use of digital technologies in pharmaceutical production leads to a positive financial effect. At the same time, this direction in the development of the pharmaceutical complex should be considered as a fundamentally new stage, when traditional organizational management systems disappear, and smart management systems come in their place, in which management closely cooperates with artificial intelligence, delegating a number of powers to automated intelligent systems. At the same time, the relevance of using digital technologies implies not only the introduction of individual elements of digitalization into the practice of management and production, but also the formation of a comprehensive digitalization strategy, at the center of which is the idea of creating a smart pharmaceutical industry, that is, the creation of special types of industries in which artificial intelligence, digital technologies are able to independently manage production processes, in which the role of remote production and commercial activities is increasing, transformations are taking place in the management of labor collectives, and the process of managing production resources is taking place at a new level of efficiency. As a result of the study, it is determined that the management of a pharmaceutical enterprise in the context of digitalization consists in organizing the activities of an enterprise, taking into account the peculiarities of the transition to new principles of the digital economy, with a focus on creating a smart industry that can ensure the pharmaceutical and national security of the state.
