REVIEW OF THE MONOGRAPH “ANTI-CRISIS REGULATION OF INDUSTRIAL ECONOMICS” (RUSAINS, 2022)

The significance and originality of the monographic research, the merits of the co-authors in characterizing preand crisis phenomena, conclusions and recommendations on anti-crisis measures and actions regarding Russian industrial enterprises in the context of an integrated approach are substantiated. The contents of all five sections and the fifteen chapters contained in them are briefly presented. The scientific novelty and the obtained scientific results are also disclosed the concept of anti-crisis regulation of social and labor relations at industrial and banking enterprises, a model for overcoming the insolvency of crisis structures, methods of their recovery, factors (signs) of the crisis at the micro level, the organizational and economic mechanism of cluster anti-crisis regulation of the process under consideration. A comparative analysis of monographic publications on similar issues is carried out, the most important conclusions and suggestions, their differences from the peer-reviewed study are shown.
