“PEDAGOGICAL STARTUP” AS A MEANS OF PROFESSIONAL SELF-DEVELOPMENT OF THE FUTURE TEACHER OF PRIMARY EDUCATION

Annotation:

The relevance of the article is due to the need for professional self-development of students future primary school teachers of the university education system in the context of the implementation of startup activities to develop information technologies, increase interest in innovation and change consumer behavior. As the basis of the student’s professional self-development, the authors propose to use a «pedagogical startup» that integrates effective educational technologies. The purpose of the work is to determine the possibility of starting the professional self-development of students in the educational process, by launching pedagogical startups, within which students will be able to update existing knowledge and get new one, become more organized, show intellectual initiative and start the process of reflection, build knowledge on the hierarchy system, as well as gain self-presentation skills. The article clarifies the concept of «pedagogical startup» and describes the intensive course “Pedagogical funnel of startups 2.0” for students of Kuban State University in the field of training “Pedagogical education.” The pedagogical startup is aimed at developing the skills of research and project activities, professional competences, as well as preparing for writing a thesis in the format «Diploma as a startup». In addition, the article presents a project implementation plan, which indicates the goals of the activities within the framework of the intensive course, and contains a list of activities for students – future primary school teachers. Analysis of the results of the intensive course proves that their professional self-development will be effective in the implementation of a specially developed content, which will allow students to put their competences into practice, create innovative products and services, and develop their leadership and entrepreneurial qualities. In turn, higher educational institutions will have the opportunity to attract talented students and teachers to cooperate with innovative companies and the business world. Practical material contributes to the development of educational programs for the professional self-development of future primary education teachers. The results of the study can be recommended for use in their professional training.
