Article describes the relevance of the formation of creativity of students in the modern Russian educational realities of secondary vocational education, provides a justification for the theoretical foundations of the formation of creative activity of students, and discusses issues related to the formation of students` creativity in solving various non-standard professional situations and problems. The theoretical provisions of the study are confirmed by the results of the use of interactive technologies in the preparation of students in the system of secondary vocational education. This article reveals the implementation and the results of testing the program of professional disciplines with 2nd year students in the specialty 44.02.02 “Teaching in elementary grades”, also examines the motivation and activation of the process of teaching students professional disciplines of this specialty using interactive teaching methods such as trainings, master classes, business games, projects, brainstorming, debates and other pedagogical approaches. A system of experimental stages, diagnostic tools and criteria for the formation of creative activity has been developed; the content of each stage is disclosed in detail. This study includes sufficient recommendations for improving the domestic system of secondary vocational education in the context of the development of the concept of a nationally oriented education system. The results of the study prove the reliability of the proposed research hypothesis, which also confirms the students’ possession of subject knowledge and skills and the presence of a well-formed system of professional creative skills that will help them quickly and adequately make non-standard professional decisions within the framework of educational tasks, as well as competently find a way out of challenging situations in the professional sphere. |
