Annotation: Article examines the theoretical aspect of the professional readiness of the future class teacher to interact with the student’s family. The purpose of the article is to substantiate the importance and necessity of preparing future class teachers for effective interaction with the student’s family, considering this problem from a theoretical point of view. The study is based on the analysis of various approaches that determine the teacher’s readiness for effective interaction with the student’s family. The key components of professional readiness, such as motivational-need-based, cognitive, activity-based and emotional-reflective, are considered. Each of these components is considered in the logic of their importance and influence on the process of professional training of future classroom teachers. The theoretical analysis allows us to identify the main aspects of the formation of a teacher’s professional readiness to interact with the student’s family, which is one of the important areas of his/her professional activity. During the analysis, the levels of manifestation of the professional readiness of the future teacher to interact with the student’s family were determined according to the following criteria: focus on practical interaction, theoretical competence, formation of practical skills, and formation of professional ethics. The characteristics of each criterion were considered at low, medium, and high levels of formation. In general, the results of the study allow us to conclude that the professional readiness of future teachers to implement the socio-pedagogical function of a class teacher depends on the integrated development of all components of readiness. Students with a high level of readiness show pronounced motivation, deep knowledge and skills, the ability to actively practice, and emotional readiness to work on interacting with the student’s family.
